A few years ago, I switched over my insurance to Thomas Tobin and I have had nothing but nice things to say. I've had the pleasure of working with Nicole and Judy in the office and those two by far have been the kindest, most gracious, and knowledgeable people I have ever come across when dealing with insurance companies. They know how to communicate with clients, and when they tell you they'll look into something and call you back, best believe you will get that call back. I have experienced nothing but kindness from this office.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tom and his staff. I must say, the experience was exceptional! From the moment I called in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my needs and provided personalized recommendations that made me feel confident in the options available for my family. The customer service was top-notch, and they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I appreciate how they went above and beyond to ensure I felt taken care of.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Virtually no communication. Could not get an email or callback for anything. And the few times one of the female staffers responded, she said she'd get back to me within the hour with an update. It never happened. I am not interested in chasing my insurance agent for information when that's literally their job. I had voiced my frustration with Thomas multiple times regarding his business and staff, to which I was met with "I pride myself in running a smooth business with great communication etc. etc."... yet none of that was my experience. He also promised to return my call the next day and NEVER DID. Pathetic business practices. Absolutely awful customer service, and basically nonexistent. Go somewhere else for an insurance agent who actually cares. Fun side note: My insurance went from $135 to $267 in 3 MONTHS. Go with a different agency.

I have had my insurance policies with the Tom Tobin Agency for 14 years. The staff has always been very polite and helpful for me and Mr. Tobin himself has assisted me with answring questions at times. Since buying my polices in 2004, I moved about 35 minutes away to Somerset County but continue to keep my business with Tom.
